The Charlotte ToolBank is pleased to announce we are seeking applications for our Board of Directors.
Board Member responsibilities are highlighted in our Prospectus. Those elected will serve a three-year term, beginning January 2026. Selected board members will be invited to our 2026 Planning Meeting on November 24, 2025 from noon to 5pm.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Applicants will be chosen based on desired qualifications, ability to commit and follow through with board expectations, and passion for helping the Charlotte community.
